Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out standards of behaviour and expectations for how our people act, solve problems, and make decisions.

Our CEO and COO are graduate members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Statutory Compliance

Adjutor Healthcare Pty Ltd is a privately owned company, registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Adjutor Healthcare (NZ) Limited is a privately owned company registered with the Companies Office in New Zealand.

Adjutor Healthcare (HK) Limited is privately owned company registered with the Companies Registry (HongKong).

Officeholders and Directors ensure that, by their internal policies and procedures, delegations, quality and risk management systems, each company complies with requirements, set out in the statutory and legislative instruments in their countries of registration.

Social and Environmental

The human impact of the work we do is important to us and so we work closely with our partners and clients to prevent all types of human rights breaches including but not limited to Child Labour, Modern Slavery and Discrimination. We are also aware of our environmental footprint and have policies to reduce waste and energy consumption within Adjutor Healthcare, focusing on sustainability initiatives.

Adjutor Healthcare is committed to conducting its business activities ethically and with integrity in order to prevent bribery or corruption by any of its employees, partners, or agents.

Privacy and EU GDPR

Adjutor Healthcare ensures that all personal and private data will be collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) through our internal policies and procedures and our detailed contracts with clients, partners and other relevant Parties.

IT Security

Adjutor Healthcare takes IT security very seriously. We have implemented policies and procedures, regular IT security training and multiple levels of IT security.

Adjutor Healthcare ensures that neither it, nor any of its respective employees, agents, or suppliers have been debarred, disqualified, or banned by the FDA or is under investigation by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority outside the U.S. for debarment, disqualification, or any similar regulatory action.
