Lucas Morritt

Lucas graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Biotechnology in 2022. During his time at the Centre for Eye Research Australia as a student consultant, he worked on commercialisation and regulatory strategies for new product(s). Upon joining Adjutor Healthcare as an intern in 2022, Lucas supported various regulatory medicine and medical device projects, building his capabilities across different projects resulting in Lucas being promoted to Consultant in 2024.

Lucas has experience in regulatory applications for Class I, IIb and III medical devices, including strategising pathways for registration, curating, and critically examining technical files, and overseeing the project management of applications. He has also had experience working with international markets including the USA and Europe.

Lucas also has experience in a range of regulatory post-approval activities for prescription medicines, TGO91 compliance of labelling, and preparation of submission strategies. In addition, he has hands on experience with requirements and applications for various types of state and federal licenses required for the commercialisation of medicines.

Lucas has a strong passion for healthcare development and is an avid project manager and communicator.
